I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like a well-lit workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi, which kept me productive during my stay. One of the highlights was the Bistro, where I indulged in a hearty breakfast featuring my beloved Starbucks coffee, setting a positive tone for my busy days ahead. Despite a minor hiccup with a staff member, the manager's prompt resolution reinforced the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. With its proximity to local attractions and a tranquil atmosphere, the Courtyard Cleveland Beachwood is an excellent choice for anyone—whether traveling for business like I was, or seeking a weekend getaway. It reminded me that amidst the whirlwind of travel, comfort and grace can always be found.
